Trip of a lifetime!

This trip of a lifetime boasts hundreds of different species and all of which are enticed by artificial lures. Not only is this a fantastic place for pro anglers, but it gives the beginner a gateway into the glorious world of sport fishing.

The beauty of fishing in Madagascar is that it is virtually untouched and one can go for a whole week fishing without seeing another boat. This means the fish are plentiful and the opening to catch world-class sized species sits in your boat.

Every year there are large shoals of saileys that pass through Madagascar on their annual migration. With perfect timing and our experienced Fishing Guides, there are windows of opportunity for anglers to land more than 15 saileys in a day.

There are large banks out at sea which rise from, the depths, 2000m up to only 15m. This creates excellent fishing and some of our top spots have been Castor Bank, Intermediate Bank and Leven Bank, all producing great fish when the conditions are right.

The accommodation options are vast with this kind of fishing trip in Madagascar;

* Land-based at one of the luxury lodges and run out daily on one of many ski boats or

* Hire a luxury live-a-board yacht and sail to some of the more remote areas where the fish are as wild as the wind.

With the west coast of Madagascar being protected from the southern Indian ocean, you will find that almost every day is a fishing day. No swell and light wind conditions make the west coast a pleasure to fish even if you are the guy with “not great sea legs”. On the other hand, the east coast is rough and more exposed to the open ocean. But again, the options are open and endless.

Tailor-made, unique fishing adventures – what more could you ask for?

Contact us and we’ll put you onto that fishing adventure you’ve been itching to do for years! Spots are filling up quickly so contact us to book your trip.
